BUILDING INCLUSIVE WORKPLACES TOGETHER

Partnerships Driving Gender Equality and Leadership

We collaborate with organisations across Australia to champion gender equality, inclusive leadership, workplace culture, and diversity. Through research, advocacy, and shared initiatives, our partnerships create lasting change for workplaces and communities.

Through partnerships, we bring research to life and create practical initiatives that drive meaningful change in workplace culture and leadership. By collaborating with organisations across industries, we amplify advocacy for gender equality, expand the reach of diversity and inclusion programs, and deliver evidence-based solutions that support sustainable workplace equality.

Partnerships may include:

  • Developing case studies (including video case studies)

  • Developing co-branded research and reports

  • Delivering events, including panels, debates and workshops

  • Advocating for change through various media outlets

  • Financial partnerships

  • In-kind contribution of venues or specialist skills

  • Promoting The 100% Project across your network.

The partnership between The 100% Project and INNOCEAN is a research initiative focused on the influence of media on gender stereotypes and masculinity. Through this project, the organisations published "The Invisible Man," a whitepaper exploring how traditional media archetypes impact men's views of themselves and society.

The goal is to provide evidence for strategies that challenge these stereotypes and promote greater gender balance in leadership and society.

We welcome collaboration with organisations and brands who share our vision for gender equality, inclusive leadership, workplace culture, and diversity.
