The Goal 

By 2030, every ASX300 company should have gender-balanced leadership — 40% women, 40% men, and 20% open for flexibility. 

Right now, we’re sitting around 30%. 

The clock is ticking. Equality can’t wait another decade. 

Why it Matters

Balanced leadership isn’t a “nice to have.” It delivers:
